**The Academic Coordinator will be mainly responsible for coordination of the student activities and ensuring effective student communication and cordial student rapport throughout the course.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the performance of the students by taking feedback from the faculty members and sharing the feedback and performance results with the students and their parents.
- Work closely with the faculty team to identify each month’s best performers and share their details with the DM team.
- Establish and maintain a good rapport with the students and parents and get class feedback from them regularly.
- Identify and escalate issues submitted by the students and their parents and submit a report to the management team.
- Preparation of reports and documents in connection with student activities within the specified timelines.
- Ensure proper updation of students in the student management software and related activities.
- Understand each course in detail, suggest potential career paths, and set career goals for the students/ clients whenever required.
- Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole.
