Academic Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
The Academic Coordinator will be mainly responsible for the coordination of the student activities and ensuring effective communication and cordial student rapport throughout the course.
**Major Responsibilities**:
1. Overseeing the performance of the students by taking feedback from the faculty members and sharing the feedback and performance results with the students and their parents.
2. Work closely with the faculty team to identify each month’s best performers and share their details with the DM team.
3. Establish and maintain a good rapport with the students and parents and get class feedback from them regularly.
4. Identify and escalate issues submitted by the students and their parents and submit a report to the management team.
5. Preparation of reports and documents in connection with student activities within the specified timelines.
6. Ensure proper updation of students in the student management software and related activities.
7. Understand each course in detail, suggest potential career paths, and set career goals for the students/ clients whenever required.
8. Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole.
**Desired Profile**:
1. Graduation in any stream.
2. Should have experience of minimum 1 year in the same field.
3. Should have knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
