
Customer Relationship Executive- Male

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information about financial products and services.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate banking, investment, insurance, or loan products.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned targets for cross-selling and upselling financial products.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and follow up on potential leads.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
- Keep abreast of the latest financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or sales preferred.
- Knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, personal loans, and credit cards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
