As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality standards and safety compliance on construction sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, and office team for smooth execution.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Support in material requisition and site-level purchasing when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in site supervision (residential/commercial projects).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site management.
- Proficiency in handling site labour and vendors.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
