About Us At Enfold Modular we specialize in designing and manufacturing high-quality modular kitchens wardrobes and furniture proudly made in Goa since 2008 From concept to installation we bring precision creativity and craftsmanship together to deliver spaces that blend beauty with functionality Position Overview We re looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing modular furniture installation projects across Goa The ideal candidate will ensure that every site runs smoothly from delivery coordination to final installation while maintaining our standards of quality efficiency and client satisfaction Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of modular kitchens wardrobes and furniture Manage daily site operations ensuring work is completed on schedule and as per drawings Liaise with the factory team clients and subcontractors for smooth workflow Conduct quality checks for accuracy in measurements alignment and finish Handle site material tracking inventory and ensure safe handling of panels and fittings Maintain daily site reports and communicate updates to management Ensure safety compliance and proper worksite discipline among the team Resolve site-level issues promptly and effectively Requirements Education Graduate any discipline Experience 0-2 years in interior modular furniture or construction supervision freshers welcome Skills Strong communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of technical drawings and site measurements Ability to multitask and manage teams on site Basic computer literacy WhatsApp Excel email Two-wheeler license preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Training in modular furniture systems and site processes Growth opportunities within our expanding Goa-based manufacturing unit Supportive team culture that values initiative and accountability Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
