Electrical Supervisor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and electrical technicians.
- Plan, schedule, and assign tasks ensuring timely project completion.
- Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment for safety and efficiency.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards, safety codes, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on-site.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repair work.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety procedures.
- Order and manage inventory for electrical supplies and equipment.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- **Certifications**: Licensed Electrician or equivalent certification (if required by location).

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
