Key Responsibilities Take complete ownership of site execution for high-end villa construction projects Lead day-to-day operations and coordinate with all stakeholders including contractors consultants vendors and internal PMC teams Ensure timely completion of work as per approved drawings specifications and schedule Monitor and control quality safety and compliance standards at the site Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and internal teams Ensure optimal resource utilization manpower materials equipment Coordinate closely with Planning Engineer to align site execution with overall project plan Handle contractor management including work allocation performance monitoring and certification Prepare daily weekly monthly site progress reports and escalate risks proactively Ensure proper documentation checklist implementation and record-keeping Lead a team of engineers supervisors and subcontractors on-site Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Application Question s Are you okay with goa location You are an immature joiner Mention your notice period Are you okay with salary range 50k - 70k ctc with food and accommodation Experience Construction 9 years Preferred Work Location In person
