**Job Purpose**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the agents to plan the training
- Create customized session plans based on needs identified
- Create training material using such tools as PowerPoint, videos, and other creative tools
- Create a variety of role-play scenarios for in-class learning
- Facilitate training classes with high energy and enthusiasm
- Create assignments and surveys to solicit feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze the influence and progress of the agents during the training program
- Provide both one on one and group coaching post-training sessions
- Stay up to date with best practices to keep improving the training curriculum
- Continuous research on cultural relativism within customer service to customize trainin

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience of training in soft skills in contact centers
- Strong proficiency in English
- Strong organization and motivational skills
- Travel industry experience an asset
