**Position: Tele Caller**

As a Tele Caller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products or services. You'll be responsible for engaging customers, providing information, and generating leads. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products or services
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products or services and answer customer inquiries
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and close sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone
- Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Bachelors degree, diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
