RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Making calls**: Making outbound calls to promote a company's products or services and generate sales leads
- **Handling calls**: Managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints
- **Providing information**: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
- **Closing sales**: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
- **Maintaining records**: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in the database
- **Building relationships**: Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
- **Meeting targets**: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets

- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Patience and resilience in handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Good listening skills and empathy towards customers' needs
- Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
