Job Summary:

- We are looking for a motivated **Tele Calling Executive** to join our team and support our sales operations for **security systems** including **CCTV, Access Control, and ELV solutions**. The role involves client communication, lead generation, and coordination with our internal team to ensure smooth sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to promote our security system services and maintenance packages.
- Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and interest.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales team for quotations and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele calling or sales, preferably in security systems or IT services.
- Strong communication skills in **English** (mandatory); **Hindi/Malayalam** is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
- Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and ELV systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
