**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to help us build a team of self-driven and motivated professionals.

**What You’ll do at Copperpod**:

- Designing and implementing overall recruitment strategy
- Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate platforms
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Coordinating as a hiring point of contact across the internal teams, vendors and clients
- Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Identifying future hiring needs
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Managing internship and campus programs

**You are a good fit if you have**:

- 4-8 years of experiencein Full cycle recruitment -Sourcing, screening, relationship management, offer

negotiation and onboarding
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Experience in sourcing through different modes-Job portals, social media, LinkedIn, head hunting, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with recruitment process and databases
- Good interpersonal skillsand decision-makingskills
- Ability to collaboratively work in a globally distributed team
- Ability to drive projects from creation to launch to improve outcomes within talent acquisition and more in
