About the Opportunity
We operate in the online recruitment and career-services sector, building digital-first talent solutions and partner-driven hiring channels across India. Our platform connects employers and candidates through referral networks, remote sales partners, and technology-enabled lead flows. We are expanding our remote sales network to accelerate market reach and revenue growth.
- Identify and qualify leads across SMB and enterprise segments using digital outreach, referrals, and partner networks.
- Manage a sales pipeline end-to-end: prospecting ➜ outreach ➜ demos/introductions ➜ negotiation ➜ closure.
- Work closely with internal account teams to coordinate handovers, onboarding, and delivery for closed clients.
- Hit agreed sales targets and build recurring revenue by upselling services and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in CRM and produce weekly status reports for regional managers.
- Represent the company professionally at virtual meetings, partner events, and industry networking forums.
