Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Cold Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential customers to share information about the company's products or services and identify sales opportunities.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively selling the company’s products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions that match their requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services to explain features, benefits, and answer any questions from customers.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up on previous customers for potential sales.
- **Documentation**: Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, share insights, and improve strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Educational Background**: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in conversation.
- **Persistence**: Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer.
- **Computer Skills**: Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Hindi and english. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- **Listening Skills**: Excellent listening skills to understand customer requirements and close sales.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
