**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees in the automotive BPO domain.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in employee performance.
- Design training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and other resources, tailored to the specific needs of the automotive sector.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of methods such as classroom instruction, workshops, role-playing, and e-learning platforms.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify training objectives and align them with business goals.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to automotive BPO processes.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in a BPO environment, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry processes, including customer service, technical support, sales, and back-office operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs using various methodologies.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in training and development will be an advantage.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
