**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions or escalating complex queries to the relevant teams.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and effective assistance.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update internal databases with details of queries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
