**Job Description**:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through phone interactions. You will assist customers in resolving their queries, addressing concerns, and providing information about our products and services. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.
- Resolve customer queries and issues to their satisfaction, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the company database.
- Meet individual and team performance targets to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred.
