User Experience Designer

As a core member of the user experience design team, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping transform the company’s digital channels into simple, modern, and accessible experiences that are better aligned with customers’ needs. You’ll work in most aspects of the user experience, like visual design, interaction design, information design, interface design, and even some service design and strategy. You’ll work with stakeholders and our product team to understand business needs and challenges to shape projects that deliver impactful outcomes.
With your attention to detail, a clean/simple/modern design style, passion for understanding customer needs, and drive for excellence you’ll help set a new standard in the work processes within the company and improve how we approach building digital products. **Responsibilities**:

- Build a deep understanding of our customers through exploration and partnership with research
- Translate customer insights and business requirements into visual concepts or functional prototypes to be used for testing and validation
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to share your designs and capture feedback
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups of new digital experiences that enable positive customer interactions
- Work with a multi-functional product team in an agile environment to implement your designs
- Partner with Product Managers on a vision and strategy for our digital products
- Maintain comprehensive UX/UI style guidelines to ensure consistency in all our customer interactions and to assist with the development

**Requirements**:

- Min 3+ years of experience in developing customer-facing user experience designs
- Must have a Degree/Diploma in Designing (UI/UX)
- Excellent in both UX/UI
- Experience with Photoshop/Coral Draw/Adobe XD/Illustrator/Figma/Wireframing for designing
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- A user-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of designs
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
