Overview:
The RM Group provides technology and resources to the education market in the UK and increasingly internationally. The company’s Head Office is located in Oxfordshire with regional offices in Nottingham, Scotland and London. RM employs c. 1400 staff with c.700 employees based in the wholly owned offshore facility in Trivandrum, India. RM plc is quoted on the London Stock Exchange. This role is part of the wider RM Group HR team.
**Responsibilities**:
The **Talent Acquisition Partner** owns the end-to-end resourcing process for a our India teams, providing consultancy and talent acquisition strategies that are aligned directly with business objectives. Through coordination with the wider RM Business, the TAP leads recruitment service delivery and client relationship management; working closely with colleagues in the HR team to deliver holistic, influential, and proactive talent solutions.
The role will involve delivering a proactive recruitment service on a day-to-day basis to our business areas and hiring managers. You will ensure that all live roles have an agreed recruitment plan which is delivered to a high standard and that follow the approved RM recruitment process and agreed SLA’s.
**Experience**:
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working in a recruitment role; in-house, Recruitment Process Outsourcing or similar
- Rounded recruitment experience; working across a range of junior to senior appointments in a fast paced, dynamic and complex environment
- Strong oral and written English language skills are required
- Strong stakeholder management skills at multiple levels across a range of functions
- An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and co-ordination skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure to ensure end to end delivery
- High levels of attention to detail and discretion due to the confidential nature of the work
- Forward thinker with a proven track record of working pro-actively and using own initiative
- Experience using recruitment systems and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates strong business/commercial approach and understanding of business needs
- Proven experience of working in partnership and building strong working relationships with senior managers in order to improve resourcing delivery.
- Passionate about customer service with ability to articulate previous achievements through business deliverables.
- Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice recruitment solutions to drive a value-added service.
