We are looking for talent acquisition candidates who can participate in our internship program. Candidates who make successful placement/conversions within 3 months will be hired as Talent Acquisition Executive with Industry-standard salaries. During the internship program, candidates are also eligible for commission-based remuneration for every successful hire.Role : Talent Acquisition InternExperience : Nil / FresherLocation : Remote (Anywhere)Internship Period : Maximum of 3 MonthsDay-to-day responsibilities:Sourcing, and screening high-quality candidates from job portals and social media channelsTalking to the right candidates & explaining the accurate job description; generating the exact skill-set of candidates/applicantsEnable smooth onboarding of candidates by ensuring consistent liaison between your team and candidate pool.Scheduling InterviewsAssist your team in handling end-to-end recruitmentRequired Skills:English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)MS-ExcelPerksCertificate of Acknowledgement/ExperienceLetter of RecommendationJob offer, If found to be an Exceptional Performer
