The Adhesives & Sealants Business is a part of Saint-Gobain’s High-Performance Solutions sector. In 2018, Saint-Gobain acquired Tekbond - a leading player in the Brazilian Adhesives market thereby bringing the brand to India. The business is a part of Grindwell Norton and is built on lasting relationships and strong partnerships supported by a wide range of adhesives, sealants, sprays, foams and tape products.
Tekbond product range includes Silicone Sealants, Polyurethane (PU) sealants, Acrylic Sealants, MS Hybrid, Adhesives and spray paints.
**Job Specification**:
- To achieve sales targets of Tekbond products in their defined region.
- To penetrate the market by identifying new dealer’s/ sub dealers/ retailers.
- To identify and organize promotional meets, product trials, participate in exhibitions, etc.
- Resolve all customer queries regarding product, pricing, and other commercial aspects.
- Manage sales team members in the assigned region.
- Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, MBA (preferred)
- Work Experience: 6-8 years of Sales experience
- Preferably having worked in Adhesives/Sealants segments; alternatively having experience in allied industries like Plywood, Glass and Hardware segments.
- Should have knowledge of retail sales, additionally any knowledge of industrial and project sales would be appreciated.
- Strong performance record with the mindset of a start-up business and should be able to multitask.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
