Store & Dispatch Incharge

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store & Dispatch Incharge to manage our inventory, storage, and logistics operations with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Storage Management

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
  • Organize and store items systematically with proper labeling and layout.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store area.

2. Dispatch & Logistics

  • Process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Package, label, and prepare goods for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with transporters for timely, cost-effective deliveries.
  • Maintain all dispatch-related documentation.
  • Inspect outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate with production, sales, and purchasing teams.
  • Build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transport partners.
  • Resolve discrepancies, damages, or delays promptly.

4. Team & Equipment Management

  • Supervise store/dispatch staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Ensure maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain detailed shipment and inventory records.
  • Generate regular operational reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse, store, or dispatch management.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory software and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
