Position**:Customer Support Associate**

**Salary**: 12,000 - 15,000 Monthly

Location: Indore

**Job Description**:
Resposiblities

? Answering the phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

? Resolving queries and issues related to the services to the parents.

? Advises present or prospective students & Parents by answering incoming calls; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

? Influences students to take admission or retain in the institute by following a prepared script to give institution reference information.

? Maintain a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

**Requirements**:
? Good Communication skill with good command over English and Hindi.

? Should be able to work with a team.

? Good in telemarketing and should be customer oriented.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) & Telephone skills.

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
