**Job Profile**:

- Work From Office - Customer Support Associate

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent Communication Skills In English.
- Comfortable Working in Rotational Shifts.
- Undergraduates with 1 year of experience, Graduates, Post Graduates can apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Customers to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service requests and drive customer satisfaction
- To deliver service & resolution experience to all the customers
- Successfully resolve customer queries through CRM & Knowledge Base
- Document in detail all interactions with customers
- Effectively articulate information to customers
- Educate customers on products. Help customers to be successful
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of up/cross selling products and services
- Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, and NPS.

**Salary Offered**:13k-20k per month.
