JoyLamp & Co is an International BPO based startup in Indore. It was founded in 2021 with a vision to build an organization with versatile nature towards business opportunities. We deal in a number of processes such as Customer Support, Data Entry and Sales.

**Job Requirements -**
- Should have at least 1+ years of experience as a Sales Associate or Customer Support.
- Good presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.

We are searching for Outbound Sales/CSE to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Customer and sales representative communication.
- Observing and analyzing client behavior.
- Gathering information about customer complaints.
- Using client input to develop effective retention strategies.
- Customers are being negotiated with in order to reneew contracts and keep their business.
- Meeting with the sales team to discuss ways to keep customers.Customer behavior reports are written and presented.Developing positive customer and business associate relationships.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- scheme 78 indore, Indore - 452010, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
