**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land and construction site surveys to collect accurate data on land features, boundaries, and elevations.
- Use survey equipment, such as Total Stations, GPS, and Theodolites, to take precise measurements.
- Interpret and analyze survey data, maps, and blueprints.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, maps, and drawings.
- Collaborate with site engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure construction activities align with site measurements and design plans.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Mark and set out site boundaries, reference points, and construction layouts.
- Ensure all surveys comply with relevant legal and safety regulations.
- Identify potential site issues and provide solutions for accurate construction planning.
- Maintain and care for all survey equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Surveyor in the construction or civil engineering industry.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments like Total Stations, GPS, Theodolites, and related software.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with site teams and clients.
- Knowledge of land laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, and other surveying software is an added advantage.
