**Job Title**: E-commerce Warehouse Team Leader

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff including picking, packing, and shipping of online orders.
- Ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and timely dispatch of products.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support as needed.
- Work closely with the inventory and customer service teams to resolve order or stock-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools for order tracking and inventory control.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct routine stock checks and support stocktaking activities.
