**What you'll do**:

- Facilitate key HR processes such as interview scheduling, employment contract generation, onboarding and employee changes
- Assist with data entry and collaborate with partners on the management of HR systems such as SmartRecruiters, Workday, DocuSign and Sterling
- Provide oversight to ensure personnel files, records, systems, and information is current, accurate, and in accordance with HR standards
- Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Support special projects, as needed

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience (experience with interview scheduling and employment contract generation preferred)
- Respect for confidential information and keen attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills to acquire the trust of business partners
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Ability to use/learn all Procore tools, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, GoodTime, Google apps, Slack, etc.
