**Job Title: Store Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent in-store service.
- Maintain stock levels through inventory checks and coordination with the warehouse/suppliers.
- Organize and maintain store displays and product arrangements.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and adheres to company merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Support promotional campaigns and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor product expiry dates and report damaged or missing goods.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist with stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
- Assist with staff training and supervision if required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or store operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift hours.
