Roles & Responsibilities

Handling & Developing the ERP System Gati (Jewellery Industries), Asset Management, Ticket System, Vendor Management, Attendance System (Time Labs).

Successfully Planning, Developing and Deploying IT work/ Project.Handle & Maintain IT Devices (Firewalls, Servers, Desktop Computers Laptops, Printers, Scanners etc)

Coordinating with other teams working on the same project

Creation (Jewellery Industries), Server Based.

Responsible to start & shutdown Server (According Scheduled).

Handle & Maintained the ERP System [MMS & New Tech] at SPL.

Create the master head in ERP.

Created the schedule, Delivery order & Sales Invoice for sales parties.

Bug fixing and maintenance of the product (Firewall & Anti-Virus)

Create policy in domain server (AD) & Firewall for User Access Management, To make backup policy of User generated documents and System data.

Collect System requirements from users/dept. Procurement, Installation and Deploy

Software architecture design for new project, Software development and implementation.

Maintenance of all existing systems, Policy applied and training

Handling of customization of existing systems including development of project modules and reports.

Responsible for maintenance of all the servers, desktops, printers and other devices.

Configuration, Installation and Deployment of Servers, Firewall, User’s PC, Printers and Others

NETWORK SIDE:
Troubleshooting and installation of Windows Server2016, Windows10Pro/8/7.Linux Fedora.

Installation of software and hardware.

Set firewall, routers, modem etc.

Make the patch code for LAN connection to connect the Client PC with Server.

Responsible for providing help, support and assistance in initial installation of system, setup and maintenance of the user account, data recovery, Auto data backup system in NAS and other external storage devices etc.

Responsible for the evaluation and recommendation of new hardware and software.

Assist team in resolution of hardware, software and system issue.

Analyse performance of the system and ensure the performance objective and availability of the requirement. Check Firewall, Domain Server and Anti-virus.

Create /allocate the user in company mail server and create the outlook user and provide the authority.

Troubleshooting, configuration and installation on laptops.

Performed installation, configuration and troubleshooting systems & printers.

Supervised and assessed team members.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
