Job Description

Primary functions and essential responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all logistics of an onsite, phone, and virtual interview across multiple time zones and locations including complex scheduling and meeting room booking.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and consolidate it for evaluation and decision making.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new team members. Provide guidance and support to, including but not limited to process and system overview, review of team material and guides.

Onboarding:

- Draft employment agreements and submit them to the legal team for review.
- Conduct background checks for new hires via Workday and oversee their progress.
- Collaborate with IT and Corporate Services to keep them updated on new hires.

Recruitment Reporting:

- Prepare functional reports for Hiring Manager calls.
- Generation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports as required; assistance with analyzing such reports for trends/insights.

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree required (Any specialization)

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an administrator or coordinator, preferably within Recruitment
- Prior experience with Workday preferred

- Ability to maintain confidential information in compliance with HR & Firm policies

- A self-starter with excellent multi-tasking capabilities
