- **Recruitment Coordinator**

**Job location - Goregaon (East), Mumbai**

**Work Module
- 3 days from Office, Hybrid (Client Facing)**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the administration of graduate / internship recruitment activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process.
- Manage job postings process internally and externally as applicable in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and brand image.
- Manage relationship with different universities across India.
- Apprenticeship / internship / Graduate Contract management.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous** administration/coordination/scheduling** experience is essential.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with high work standards and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the different apprenticeship legislation would be a plus.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
