**Job Description**:
Role summary:
- Ares is seeking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team based in Mumbai.Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible to collaborate with internal stakeholders to set up meetings related to the Talent Aquisition function.-
- Maintain and update various Talent Aquisition team report and analytics on a regualr basis.-
- Actively support the Senior Recruiters in day to administrative mandates.

**Education**:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related fields.

Experience required:
- Minimum 0.6 to 2 years of relevant experience as a recruiting coordinator / recruitment operations is preferred.- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint is preferred.- Knowledge of recruitment life cycle would be a plus.- Prior Workday experience would be a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data, analysis, and insights in a clear, executive ready, easy to digest, and actionable way- A self-directed individual with a can-do attitude, willing to work in an energetic, collaborative and fast-paced environment, proactive in nature, and a proven ability to learn quickly, display flexibility and adaptability- Ability to prioritize and work closely with global stakeholders- High accuracy and attention to detail- Strong sense of ownership and accountability- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills- Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, time sensitive priorities and competing demands with multiple stakeholders; strong time management and prioritization skills- Strong work ethic and commitment to high standards of excellence coupled with an enthusiastic approach to one’s work- Driven to improve and receptive to feedback- Naturally curious and eager to assume responsibility and demonstrate initiative- Quick learner and ability to work in a changing environment with minimum supervision, make independent decisions and work within a team environment
