Handling business operations by following systems and processes.
- Handling documentation for various investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS & various transaction platforms, overall compliances and KYC paperwork.
- Complete Back office of the Investment functions including updating and maintaining the reporting software IFA Now, Masterstroke etc.
- Coordinating with Mutual funds/PMS providers and other platform providers such as Mutual fund Utility (MFU), CAMS and KFINTECH etc.
- Reconciliation of investor's investments and other back office functions like MIS, non-financial transactions, capital gain statements, etc.
- Handholding clients on usage of various platforms and mobile app.
- Daily handling of back-end operations
- Co-ordinating with Mutual Fund Companies and resolving client queries
- Be able to do a portfolio review of the Investments of the Client.
- Be able to generate various kinds of reports such as Monthly Portfolio reports and to send these to the client regularly.
- Office timings - 10am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
- (2 Saturdays holiday per month)
- Training will be provided

Qualifications required:

- Fresher
- Must have good grasp of English and good communication skills.
- Excellent skills on Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.
- Should be comfortable with numbers and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner.

Training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
