We’re looking for a **Sales Operations Executive** who’s analytical, organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. If you love Excel, enjoy solving problems, and want to build a strong foundation in sales and business operations — we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data in Excel and CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, revenue, and forecasts.
- Support the sales team with lead tracking, pipeline updates, and proposal coordination.
- Identify gaps or in efficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution.
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs to track business growth.
- Assist management in business reviews and decision-making support through data analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets** (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a **fast-paced environment**.
