**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

3. Understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.

4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and service standards.

5. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

6. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

7. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics.

2. Proven sales experience in logistics or a related industry.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
