Well-organized **Administrative Assistant / Telecaller** to support day-to-day office operations and client coordination. This role involves cold calling potential clients, assisting the Head Admin, and ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-ups for our facility management services.

**Responsibilities**:
**1- Client Calling & Lead Generation**
- Cold call potential leads from given databases or references.
- Explain services and generate interest for appointments or follow-ups.
- Maintain a log of all outreach and client responses.

**2- Administrative Support**
- Assist the Head Admin with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Manage office records, filing, and follow-ups with internal teams.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.

**3-** **Client Coordination**
- Attend incoming calls from clients, vendors, and prospects.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments with the operations team.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, updates, or pending issues.

**4-** **Record Keeping & Reports**
- Maintain daily call logs and enquiry reports.
- Update internal systems with client communication and schedules.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly performance summaries.

✔ Minimum Graduate or Postgraduate
✔ Minimum 1 to 3 year of experience in admin/telecalling or office coordination
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English)
✔ Confident and polite telephone manner
✔ Basic computer

**Performance Indicators**:

- New client acquisitions
- Revenue generated
- Sales conversion rate
- Client retention & satisfaction

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
