We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at **Arihant Multispecality Hospital. **The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to engage with potential patients over the phone, provide information about our healthcare services, and assist them in scheduling appointments with our medical professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in our hospital's services or who may benefit from them.
- Provide information about the hospital's specialties, services, and facilities.
- Answer inquiries from potential patients regarding medical procedures, appointments, insurance coverage, and other related queries.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and admissions teams to implement effective strategies for patient outreach.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in healthcare communication.
- Experitise in Microsoft Office **(Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint).**:

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is desirable but not mandatory.

**Education**
- Must have Bachelors Degree
- Additional certification or training in customer service, telemarketing, or healthcare administration is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
