Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding customer needs, and providing product/service information. Responsibilities include managing an accurate customer database, meeting daily and weekly call targets, and maintaining good customer relationships by following up on inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, good listening skills, and a clear speaking voice
  • Customer service experience, detail-oriented, and ability to handle customer objections
  • Basic computer knowledge, ability to use CRM software, and familiarity with telecalling/reporting tools
  • Proficient in English and local language(s)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
