Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers / Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for connecting with people. You will play a key role in handling calls, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

For Telecaller Role:

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates or clients to promote training and placement programs.
• Explain course details, job opportunities, and company services clearly and confidently.
• Handle inbound queries and maintain records of all interactions.
• Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate with the counseling or recruitment team.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone while achieving daily call targets.

For Recruiter Role:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Maintain candidate records and track hiring progress.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and placement partners.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Marathi & Hindi preferred).
• Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Ability to multitask and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional approach to work.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or recruitment are encouraged to apply.
