**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define the product charter and roadmaps for all existing and upcoming gaming products
- Lead product development for high-scale gaming products, from ideation to launch while keeping player experience and success KPIs at the heart of decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful product launches and continued growth
- Manage and mentor a team of Product and Design Leadership
- Stay on top of industry trends and market insights to make informed product decisions and drive innovation
- Lead from the front with a data-driven and process-oriented approach while meeting deadlines
- Drive data obsession, extreme ownership, transparency, and a customer-first approach across teams
- Build a deep understanding of customer pain points related to product features
- Process-oriented approach, so that projects are completed on time with high-quality standards
- Attract and recruit high-quality talent across the team to maintain and align it to the company culture and core values
- Leverage smart tools and cutting-edge technologies for improving productivity and performance

**Requirements**:

Ideal Experience:_**
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful high-scale products. Experience with B2C products is a huge plus
- Experience in defining and understanding funnel analysis, conversion, consumer acquisition, retention, and go-to-market strategies
- Passionate about customer experience and will continuously provide insights and feedback to the design and technology teams.
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of advanced and high-scale technology stack
- Process-driven to manage product at scale
- Strong focus on execution while ensuring high agility and quality
