Founded in 01, by Varun Khurana, Otipy focuses on on-demand harvesting according topredicted demand, to keep minimum wastage through state-of-the-art technology used forprocurement, distribution, and delivery. Otipy sources fresh produce from farmers across Haryana, UP, Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra.

We closely work with 000 resellers across Delhi-NCR and are already servingover Lakh consumers with fresh produce at their doorstep. Otipy sources fresh fruits andvegetables from 10,000 farmers across Haryana, UP, Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra, and many more. Our Mission is to transform the consumption habits of Indian households by providing healthy farm-fresh produce. Provid-ing our farmers technical to modernize farming and buying the product at a fair price everyday. Thus creating an interdependent community of farmers and consumers.

JD: Chief Business Officer(CBO)

The Chief Business Officer will be a key part of the senior leadership team of Company. The CBO will be responsible for defining and executing the right strategy for Company business development activities while ensuring its fit with the company's broad-er vision and ambition
- Building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company.
- Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system for Company that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow. Participating in management meetings and

senior leadership discussions on key strategic matters.
- Understanding the role of technology in fulfilling Company's vision; Building the sales and business development function that fully leverages the company's existing technology and also

planned technology rollouts in the future.
- Strong focus on budgets, targets and its achievements. - Extracting highest level of efficiency and productivity from the sales team. Building out a nimble, agile and flexible sales and business

development team that will complement the digital DNA of the organization
- Highest standard of integrity, humility and ethics

- Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be developing the strategic and operational frameworks necessary to grow and support the business goals this will include under

- Lead Overall Business strategy.
- Lead/inspire/motivate and develop the senior management team by effectively establishing

priorities, goals and resourcing plans that lead to a unified culture and aligned business units.
- Drive aggressive business growth across all customer & Partner segments including new city launches. Develop the Business Unit 's ability to incubate and accelerate new product/category

initiatives.
- Improving the individual customer experience, creating a culture of metrics driven accountability

balanced effectively with customer centricity.
- Develop a standard of high performing, well-coordinated teams across all business units capable

of supporting accelerated growth and rapid adoption of new technologies, services and partners.
- Drive financial decision-making and risk management.
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and

long-term objectives. Help maximize reach and efficiency in a strategic way
- Own, refine and monitor performance measures that support the strategy and operating plans.
- Build a scalable, operationally excellent technology/service delivery organization.
- Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation - Monitor the revenue forecasts, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth - Drive the Business Unit 's annual strategy, budget and planning exercises.
