**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and recommend appropriate cloud solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our cloud offerings, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and account management teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Accurately document and update customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging cloud technologies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in cloud solutions or IT services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience selling AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
