We are looking for a dynamic, energetic CS intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to ensure periodical compliance audit of Secretarial functions.
To be successful as a CS Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current ones.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure periodical compliance audit of Secretarial functions
- To manage activities pertaining to regulatory and compliance functions of the entities relating to Companies Act and SEBI Laws
- Should have command over drafting and good communication skills
- Roles will involve:

- Secretarial Audit
- Corporate Governance
- Transaction advisory
- Secretarial records handling
- ROC compliances
- Compliances under SEBI and RBI Laws

**Requirements/Who can apply**:

- Are available for full time (in-office) internship
- Are available for a 21-month internship
- Have relevant skills and interests
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Cope well under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
