**Urgent Hiring: Internal Auditor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop audit plans accordingly.
- Review financial statements, reports, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to communicate audit findings, provide recommendations, and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management and relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on audit findings and monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the Gems, Jewellery, or Manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field.
- Strong understanding of internal control concepts, risk assessment methodologies, and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify patterns or irregularities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹863,815.12 - ₹1,475,864.50 per year
