**Job Requirements**The scope of work for the resource is to assist with the effectiveness review of SAP Quality Information Records (QIR) and alignment to supplier ASL Qualification profiles:

- Analyze SAP QIRs data for effectiveness (3-way match).
- Work with Product Lines to identify critical products & categories for the QIR process (data integrity & prioritization).
- Create a matrix (excel table) to align SAP Product # and ASL SRS-QA notes
- Support Procurement and Quality teams in updating SAP and ASL records.
- Manage QIR records in SAP as needed (plan to hand-over accountability to Quality / Buyer role after 1 year).
- Analyze ASL Supplier data for effectiveness.
- Initiate New or re-evaluate (for scope change) ASL requests as required (plan to hand-over accountability to Buyer role after 1 year).
- Upload qualification documents/certifications to the Supplier ASL profile.
- Provide project progress to management on a regular basis.
- Support Supplier Quality on Admin duties for the QMT Approved Suppliers List (ASL) module, as needed.
