Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled
Project Manager – MEP (Electrical focus)
to lead and manage electrical works within MEP projects. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of electrical systems, while coordinating with mechanical and plumbing teams. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion within time, cost, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for
    Electrical works
    in MEP projects.
  • Prepare project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (HT, LT, panels, cabling, lighting, DG, UPS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth progress.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve technical/site issues.
  • Manage a project team and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Control project costs and minimize variances.
  • Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 8–12 years of experience in
    Electrical Projects / MEP Projects
    .
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Project management expertise with proven track record of handling medium to large-scale projects.
  • Good knowledge of IS standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
