Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Partner at Kotak Life, located in Belgaum. The Managing Partner will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, setting strategic goals, and working closely with other executive team members. The role includes managing staff, developing business plans, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. The Managing Partner will also be instrumental in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Organizational and Project Management skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and data
- Experience with regulatory compliance
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial
