**Job Summary**:
JCP is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Photography Intern to join our team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of photography, working on diverse projects and building a professional portfolio. The intern will assist in photo shoots, edit images, and help manage our digital photo library.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Photo Shoots**: Help set up and break down equipment for photo shoots, including lighting, backdrops, and props.
- **Photo Editing**: Edit and retouch photographs using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to ensure the highest quality output.
- **Digital Asset Management**: Organize and manage the digital photo library, ensuring all images are properly tagged, archived, and easily accessible.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality images.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining photography equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
- **Location Scouting**: Help scout and prepare locations for photo shoots, ensuring they meet creative and logístical needs.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on current photography trends and techniques.
- **Creative Contribution**: Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for upcoming projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media Arts, or any other field.
- Basic knowledge of DSLR cameras and photography techniques.
- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition and lighting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A portfolio of previous photography work is highly desirable.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in various types of photography, including portrait, product, and event photography.
- Familiarity with video recording and editing.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
