**Job Summary**:
The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition in designated regions. This role involves direct interaction with businesses, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to promote our job portal services and forge strategic partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote the company’s services.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and job seekers through on-ground campaigns.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our platform to corporate clients and institutions.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.
- Generate leads through field activities and collaborate with the sales team to convert them.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and market trends.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, B2B sales, or client acquisition (preferably in online services or recruitment industry).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple field campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field activities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with job portals, HRTech platforms, or in the recruitment ecosystem.
- Knowledge of local market trends and client preferences in the employment sector.

Pay: ₹8,351.14 - ₹27,398.12 per month
